With over 35 years of real estate development and financing experience, Ned offers creative and customized solutions for developers and owners across all property types. As a principal at Capay Capital Advisors, Ned leverages his extensive network of banks, investment banks, private equity funds, and family offices to structure debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, and joint venture equity deals for income properties and land loans.
Ned also has a passion for the hospitality industry, where he seeks opportunistic hotel acquisitions nationwide, particularly distressed and value-add assets via renovation and re-branding. As acquisitions at Jupiter Holdings LLC, Ned works with institutional capital to profitably complete transactions in all market cycles. Ned's mission is to deliver value-added results for his clients and partners, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Mike Nerby,
Chief Strategy Officer
Michael Nerby, born in Chicago, IL, raised by an Irish immigrant and Chicago native. Michael Nerby comes from a family of business professionals who run an assortment of ventures from shopping centers, department stores, car dealerships, car washes, and real estate investment.
Michael’s primary focus is in effectively running a new construction and remodel organization, Coolshannagh Enterprises LLC. This company, focused solely on personal projects, finishes currently around 10 projects a year, having completed 50+ projects since 2015. As a salesman,
Michael is consistently in the top 5% of Intero Real Estate Services in residential sales, selling over $12M+ each year. Michael and his team also have experience investing in laundromats, 100+ unit apartment buildings, luxury international resorts, oil exploration/production, and small venture capital. Anthony Menacho, Co-Founder
Anthony practices family medicine as an NHSC Scholar and serves as Executive Director of Sacramento Street Medicine. Anthony has dedicated much of his professional life to serving the homeless directly on the streets through street medicine while realizing the grueling nature of clinical practice. It is here where he realized his passion for real estate and the opportunity to give back to his healthcare hero colleagues.
Dedicating 10 years of his life to mentoring pre-med & pre-PA students, Anthony went on to co-found MED Capital Group - providing hard-working healthcare professionals opportunities in real estate while having the chance to give back to those less fortunate.
Eddie Menacho, Co-Founder
Eddie currently practices Internal Medicine, Street Medicine, and worked in Critical Care as an educator for PAs and medical residents. Mentoring pre-med & pre-PA students since 2012, Eddie co-founded BrainBox MED to help students become competitive applicants to top programs across the country. Eddie continues to serve patients and students alike through his work in the Inland Empire, California.
